Refund & Transfer Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

This policy explains how premium mobile number transfers are arranged through NumberMart (operated by Arcmead Pte Ltd), and the circumstances in which payments or deposits are refunded.

1. How Transfers Work

1. Select a number — browse our listings and contact our customer service team via WhatsApp, WeChat or email to confirm availability and price.
2. Confirm the deal — our team confirms the final price, the receiving telco, and a transfer appointment.
3. Meet at the telco branch — buyer and seller (or our representative) meet at the agreed telco branch with the required identification documents to execute the ownership transfer.
4. Verify, then pay — the buyer verifies the number at the counter, the transfer is completed, and the agreed service fee is paid.

Because a transfer is finalised by the telecommunication operator, the exact documentation and steps may vary by operator and are subject to the operator's own requirements.

If you purchase a number through our online checkout, payment is made online when you place the order (by card or PayNow, in Singapore dollars). The transfer appointment is arranged after payment is confirmed, and the cancellation and refund rules in this policy apply to online payments in the same way.

2. Before the Transfer — Cancellation

• You may cancel a booking at any time before the transfer appointment at no charge;
• If a deposit was collected and you cancel before the scheduled transfer, the deposit is refunded in full, less any third-party costs already incurred on your instruction (if any);
• Repeated no-shows after confirmed appointments may lead us to decline future bookings.

3. When You Are Entitled to a Full Refund

• The number cannot be transferred due to a defect or restriction on our side or the seller's side (for example the number was suspended, recontracted inaccurately, or already transferred);
• You paid for a number that we ultimately cannot deliver;
• The transfer fails at the telco counter for reasons attributable to us or the seller, and cannot be re-arranged within a reasonable time.

In these cases we refund all amounts you paid to us — including any deposit and service fee — in full.

4. After a Completed Transfer

A transfer is considered completed once the ownership change is registered with the telco at the branch. Because the buyer verifies the number (digits and status) at the counter before completion, payments made after a completed transfer are generally non-refundable. Post-transfer issues relating to the mobile subscription itself (billing, network, services) are handled by the telecommunication operator under its own policies.

5. Purchases on Third-Party Platforms

Numbers purchased on third-party platforms such as Cuniq follow that platform's own refund and transfer policy. Please refer to their terms before purchase.

6. Refund Method and Timeline

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method or by bank transfer to a Singapore bank account. Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days, and in any case within 14 business days of approval.

7. How to Request a Refund

Contact us with the number concerned, the date of payment and the payment reference:

• Email: info@i.sg
• WhatsApp: +65 9797 9767

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and may ask for reasonable supporting documents. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the management of Arcmead Pte Ltd at the same email address.
